Tortillas

Ingredients
*2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
*1 tsp salt
*2 tsps olive oil
*3/4 cups lukewarm milk

1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2. Use a spoon to incorporate the olive oil into the dry ingredients.
3. Using the spoon to continue mixing the ingredients, add the milk in thirds. If the dough is too dry, add a bit more milk; if too sticky, add a bit more flour. Try not to add too much flour.
4. Once the mix resembles dough, knead it and leave it to rest in the bowl for about 10 minutes, covered with a slightly damp paper towel (to prevent the dough from drying out).
5. Divide the dough into small rounds and roll out to about 1/4" thickness.
6. Cook the dough on a dry pan over medium heat.
